Do we get the whole place to ourselves? Will there be other people?

Guests have exclusive access to the ground floor of the villa, which is completely separated from the upper floor. The upper floor is occupied by the host, but all guest areas are private except the backyard which is a shared space.

Is there parking available? Where can we park?

Yes, you can park your vehicles on the side of the road or at the free car park across the road. Please do not park on our driveway, or drive over or park on our lawn.

Is there an oven in the kitchen?

No, there isn’t an oven in the kitchen, but we provide a hot-plate stove, microwave, and all essential cooking equipment to prepare meals.

Are pets allowed at the villa?

Yes, pets are allowed with prior approval. We understand that pets are part of the family, so feel free to contact us to discuss any specific requirements or conditions.

Can we check in early?

Early check-in may be available depending on previous bookings. Please contact us in advance to discuss availability.

Can we check out late?

Late check-out can sometimes be arranged if there are no incoming guests. Let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you provide essentials like towels and toiletries?

Yes, we provide essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper for your stay. Please note that our towels are for indoor use and are not meant for the beach. If you need beach towels, they can be requested, and we’ll be happy to provide them.

Is there a washing machine and dryer available?

Yes, there is a washing machine available for guest use. However, there is no dryer; a clothesline or drying rack is available.

Is the villa accessible for guests with disabilities?

The ground floor is accessible, but please contact us directly to discuss specific needs or requirements.
