House Rules
Welcome to Villa Solmare! The 2 levels of this 2-storey house is completely separated from each other. Your space will be on the ground floor, with your own private entrance, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and living areas.
I live upstairs with my partner, my kid-friendly German Shepherd and 2 cats, totally separated from your space. You might see me during check-in or if you need help, but otherwise, you have the whole place to yourself.
To ensure a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay, we kindly ask that you read through our house rules and follow them. These guidelines are designed to help you make the most of your time here and to ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable and harmonious experience.

Pet Policy
Small animal or service animal upon request
No Smoking
No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes of any kind is permitted inside or anywhere on the property.
No Illegal Substances
No storing or consuming illegal substances allowed inside or anywhere on the property.
No Parties/Events
No loud parties or events allowed.
No Unregistered Guests
For safety reasons, strictly no unregistered guests allowed.
Towels
The towels we provide are not for outdoor/beach use. Please request beach towels from us if required.
Blankets
The blankets we provide are only for indoor use, please do not take them with you into the backyard or the beach.
Children Supervision
Children must be supervised at all times and not allowed in the garage.
Keys
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
Damage
Please report any damage to us immediately so we can have it looked at ASAP. Additional charges may apply.
Assistance
I am contactable at all times via text or message, calls only between 8 AM - 8 PM. My number can be found on the fridge.
No Parking On Property
Please only park on the driveway for maximum of 10 mins while you unload your belongings. You can then park your vehicles on the side of the road or at the free car park across the road for the rest of your stay. Please do not park in front of neighbouring houses or zones marked with a single solid yellow line.
Possible Noise
Occasional street noise may be heard, particularly during busy times. Additionally, since we live on the first floor, you might experience some minor sounds from our activities upstairs. We do our best to keep noise to a minimum and ensure your stay is as peaceful as possible.
Owner's Pets
We have 2 cats and 1 dog living on the property. Please refrain from interacting with them without permission or supervision, or feeding them food of any kind as they have severe food allergies.
